Finance - Finance/Accounting Partners in Health Employee Review

Leadership is awful. They only care about self-promotion and making connections but not necessarily for PIH. Senior management is never there.They are always traveling and not on PIH business but rather promoting their books/movies and other things completely unrelated to global health. They are obsessed with their public standing, only want to be seen with powerful and influential people who can connect them to other and more powerful and wealthy people, attend parties, book signings, and give lectures. Very little care goes into program development. Very little resources are expended for the most needy. Very little mentoring for staff and interns. No direction. No strategy. No management plan. Only fundraising. Cannot see the direct benefit of it in the countries PIH works. This organisation has very much lost its soul, its way and its moral compass. Its too bad since it started off with such promise.
