-Insanely low compensation; don't even bother accepting that coordinator role, please keep job searching -Toxic employees at every corner; my manager disrespected me, gaslit me, and bullied me at every opportunity she could get -HR is useless - they will do anything to protect coveted employees even if 90% of people hate them and know they are insufferable -The culture is incredible stale and unwelcoming -Every new hire is literally the same. They look the same, act the same, and sound the same. How many white women from liberal arts colleges can you hire? -There is a group of a "lifetime" PIHers who somehow always get promoted and avoid all layoffs and firings; people are rewarded for how much they suck up to upper management and celebrate their terrible, poorly researched decisions
