Strong culture but challenging relationship-building - VP ECommerce Parts Town Employee Review

I did my summer internship there, the people are geat and overall i had a great learning experience.

Nothing in my mind tbh.

2 remote days, profit sharing

Heavy workload with no support, low pay, mediocre benefits, very few holidays, disingenuous culture (just be honest ), bad management, no help answering questions for customers - just directed to a really inadequate online resource where have to know magic wording or nothing pulls up 🙄 while customer is waiting on phone, and they are all in on AI if you care.
