Pros

As long as you stay out of proactive sales, it's a pretty supportive environment (more on proactive in the cons). The company has a friendly atmosphere and you'll get a lot of chances to meet coworkers outside the office (if you so choose, it's not required.) The company engages in philanthropic activities, and attempts some progressive ideas like a game room and a gym. The company is big on recognizing individual efforts and team efforts, even if it does feel a little forced sometimes. There is a lot of racial and age diversity which brings a great amount of innovation and new ideas. The company has a revenue sharing program which gives you some stake in the companies success.

Cons

Sales. The con of this company is that proactive sales is an absolute nightmare. The company has not figured out how to do this effectively yet and turnover is high enough to make your head spin. Your leads will be poorly sourced, the software will have bad data in it that will make you look stupid in front of the customer constantly. With something like 300 customers, only about 20 will be large enough to merit an account rep and even then they won't need much help. Add to that, you need to make 50-60 calls a day and you're calling people weekly who only need to hear from you once a month if that. The amount of firings also really cut into morale, you'd think they could find another job for those people or something since most of them are hard workers.

Pros

2 remote days, profit sharing

Cons

Heavy workload with no support, low pay, mediocre benefits, very few holidays, disingenuous culture (just be honest ), bad management, no help answering questions for customers - just directed to a really inadequate online resource where have to know magic wording or nothing pulls up 🙄 while customer is waiting on phone, and they are all in on AI if you care.
