Cons

Employees are treated as an expense and not an asset. There is minimal development or training.

Thanks for the feedback and review! We’re sorry that your experience at Parts Town did not match our intention of being the best place you’ve ever worked. We’re glad to hear your positive feedback on the promotion opportunities, nothing excites us more than seeing a team member move into a new role. We agree that training initiatives, as we grow, should be one of our highest priorities. We know we’re not perfect and would encourage you to talk to the Talent Team about your thoughts on how we can make Parts Town the best place you’ve ever worked.

Pros

Great culture, category leader, differentiated customer experience

Cons

Hard to build relationships when most employees have been there for 15+years.

Pros

2 remote days, profit sharing

Cons

Heavy workload with no support, low pay, mediocre benefits, very few holidays, disingenuous culture (just be honest ), bad management, no help answering questions for customers - just directed to a really inadequate online resource where have to know magic wording or nothing pulls up 🙄 while customer is waiting on phone, and they are all in on AI if you care.
