Pros

Good work environment that has a non-corporate feel. I like that the physical environment reflects the culture. It's open, red walls, cool branding, game room, fitness center, library. There is little red tape which makes it easy to make an impact quickly.

Cons

The culture isn't for everyone, especially if you're used to working in an environment that has alot of red tap and "layers". Because of this at PT you have to be able to navigate the company and team to find what you need but people are so helpful.

We think you’ve said it all – thanks for the awesome review! We’re glad that you enjoy our non-corporate casual environment and the perks of the new building, we think they’re pretty amazing too! It’s true, our culture isn’t for everyone. If you’re looking for a quiet, nose-down environment, Parts Town may not be the best fit for you. Hands down our team is the BEST and we’re glad that you’re part of it! If you have any specific feedback on perks or unique benefits you’d love, please let the Talent team know. We’re here to help!

Pros

2 remote days, profit sharing

Cons

Heavy workload with no support, low pay, mediocre benefits, very few holidays, disingenuous culture (just be honest ), bad management, no help answering questions for customers - just directed to a really inadequate online resource where have to know magic wording or nothing pulls up 🙄 while customer is waiting on phone, and they are all in on AI if you care.
