Pros

Parts Town is a place that really lives by its core values. It's even apparent the CEO lives these values. I am always amazed at the way the company practices their values and really believes in their employees. If an employee is courageous enough to suggest a new innovation- and has the passion to take that idea to the next level, the company allows the employee to see that idea through! There is tons of room for growth at Parts Town, as well. It seems like almost every position is offered internally before being posted to the public, and many many roles are filled internally. The opportunities seem to be endless- especially because the company is growing so fast! There are always new roles popping up. I also really feel like Parts Town cares about their employees. I think they do whatever they can to enrich the lives of their team members. It's very nice being a part of a company that doesn't just see you as an employee number.

Cons

Pretty standard benefit package for such an innovative company.

Pros

2 remote days, profit sharing

Cons

Heavy workload with no support, low pay, mediocre benefits, very few holidays, disingenuous culture (just be honest ), bad management, no help answering questions for customers - just directed to a really inadequate online resource where have to know magic wording or nothing pulls up 🙄 while customer is waiting on phone, and they are all in on AI if you care.
