Pros

Amenities for employees, gym, game room,etc..

Cons

No time to even use the nice amenities. No time to even go to the bathroom... poor training.

Pros

2 remote days, profit sharing

Cons

Heavy workload with no support, low pay, mediocre benefits, very few holidays, disingenuous culture (just be honest ), bad management, no help answering questions for customers - just directed to a really inadequate online resource where have to know magic wording or nothing pulls up 🙄 while customer is waiting on phone, and they are all in on AI if you care.
