Pros

The environment is fun and filled with great people. Many great offerings such as an on-site gym, employee appreciation events and community involvement. A good stepping-stone company.

Cons

Management is overpaid and employees are underpaid and unhappy. High turnover. Goals set to earn your bonus are unattainable. High cost medical coverage. No career development plan. Many clicks within the company. This also includes management and the HR/Talent Dept.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We 100% agree that our people are one-of-a-kind! We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience while part of our team, this is never our intent. We take a lot of pride in taking care of our team and feel fortunate to be able to offer other earning opportunities like quarterly profit sharing. We’ll be the first to admit we have room to develop our career development plans. We love our “own your career” philosophy that really empowers people to ask for what they want, but now that we have over 500 team members more structured career growth tracks are in the works. We’re excited to share these with our team in the coming months! If you have any other feedback to share please email talent@partstown.com so that we can connect.

Pros

2 remote days, profit sharing

Cons

Heavy workload with no support, low pay, mediocre benefits, very few holidays, disingenuous culture (just be honest ), bad management, no help answering questions for customers - just directed to a really inadequate online resource where have to know magic wording or nothing pulls up 🙄 while customer is waiting on phone, and they are all in on AI if you care.
