We take a lot of pride in taking care of our team and feel fortunate to be able to offer other earning opportunities like quarterly profit sharing. We’ll be the first to admit we have room to develop our career development plans. We love our “own your career” philosophy that really empowers people to ask for what they want, but now that we have over 500 team members more structured career growth tracks are in the works.
