Pros

Parts Town’s hybrid work schedule is nice. The benefits are decent and most lower management is great. Parts Town seems to prioritize hiring from within so it’s easy to move up.

Cons

The company recently went through a mass layoff of employees— nearly half of my team was wiped out and only given a few days notice. This made scheduling a nightmare for time off, and increased the workload exponentially— ultimately not worth it for $19/hr they were offering. I found myself overwhelmed with the new volume of work forced upon us. Training is sub-par and felt like the training team themselves didn’t truly understand the application they were showing to other employees. The company used to feel very personal and “employee oriented” but the culture has shifted and feels far more toxic now. What used to be a great place to work has now become a stressful and unhelpful workspace.

Pros

2 remote days, profit sharing

Cons

Heavy workload with no support, low pay, mediocre benefits, very few holidays, disingenuous culture (just be honest ), bad management, no help answering questions for customers - just directed to a really inadequate online resource where have to know magic wording or nothing pulls up 🙄 while customer is waiting on phone, and they are all in on AI if you care.
