Joining PartsTown has been an incredible experience! The onboarding process was seamless, well-structured, and genuinely welcoming. One of the best parts? Before my first day, I got a thoughtful text reminding me to wear comfy shoes for the distribution center tour—such a small but meaningful touch that speaks volumes about the company’s culture of care and attention to detail. From day one, I felt valued and supported. The team is friendly, collaborative, and always willing to help. The vibe is professional yet relaxed—it's a place where people work hard but also know how to enjoy what they do. Leadership is approachable, and the overall atmosphere is one of mutual respect and teamwork.

Cons

The third party company used to do some of the pre screening is meh but that's not PartsTowns fault and I already shared that direct feedback.

Pros

2 remote days, profit sharing

Cons

Heavy workload with no support, low pay, mediocre benefits, very few holidays, disingenuous culture (just be honest ), bad management, no help answering questions for customers - just directed to a really inadequate online resource where have to know magic wording or nothing pulls up 🙄 while customer is waiting on phone, and they are all in on AI if you care.
