Lack of communication from supervisors to employees, horrible mechanical problems with the busses on a regular basis, roaches on most busses, management will give you a bad evaluation even if you are an amazing employee so the county won't have to fork out the last 1% of the raise you worked your buty off to get!! This company is cheap and unethical... This company does not have their crap together and I don't see it changing anytime soon.. very old outdated equipment. Honestly this place is a joke!
