Exposure to a lot of different site design plans, geotechnical reports, and water modeling outputs. Ability to attend a lot of meetings with local engineering design firms.

Cons

Current planning technical team. Long hours with most of the staff working nights. Noisy office which makes it hard to concentrate. No coffee or filtered water available. Stressed out coworkers.
