Pros

They take excellent care of the individuals in their care. The pay is good. They have a union for non management professionals. They have many good people that work for them. They have good benefits and the opportunity to advance. I think they are looking out for the best interest of the consumers. You can advance within. Carol Grant is a wonderful person who knows what she is talking about and I could count on her.

Cons

I could not always count on my supervisor. But I could get help from other supervisors. I was not always given the opportunity to present my side when my employees went to HR because they didn't like something I was made to feel it was my fault always even though it was not.

Pay and plenty of overtime opportunities.

Cons

Management/coordinators lack any appreciation. Coordinators leave out info about clients, to trick you to take care of them. No career progression. Director of program is fake nice and won’t compliment you at all. I noticed I was treated a lot better than my male colleagues.
