Unlimited overtime and competitive pay. You can pull 6 figures if you max out overtime.

Cons

Terrible management. The company began hiring any random person into management a few years ago and it shows. Corporate management are greedy and have no idea what they're doing.

unnecessary drama in the houses, tattle telling, coworkers are more worried about sitting on their butt instead of taking care of the consumers, coworkers will mistreat the consumers. very slow pace job. dangerous in some houses

Everyone is extremely kind and approachable. Everyone genuinely cares about the consumers we serve. Good pay and benefits. A lot of vacation days. Have never worked for or heard of a company that cares so much about their employees and is willing to listen to them.
