Everything else, 0 appreciation, allows bad staff to continue working houses that should not work with these consumers, you are ok with management until you don't bow down to them

Pay and plenty of overtime opportunities.

Cons

Management/coordinators lack any appreciation. Coordinators leave out info about clients, to trick you to take care of them. No career progression. Director of program is fake nice and won’t compliment you at all. I noticed I was treated a lot better than my male colleagues.
