      Good pay structure if you know how to sell Great Benefits Top performers receive a high level of autonomy

      Cons

      Management has zero direction products are stale and boring - banner ads is 1995…not digital marketing in 2013 Rah-rah management for outside sales, but true internal favoritism is toward the inside sales team
