Management likes to micromanage employees. This starts with the CEO. The CEO doesn't even have a basic understanding of technology. Some of the technical groups are driven by sales people, not technical people. Don't expect to get the resources you need to develop yourself. Below average benefits. Vacation policy is horrible. Management is chaotic, communication is poor, formula driven, will embarrass you if they see fit, not support you, defers to customers interest over employee's interest, and so. Avoid like the plague!
