Patrick has recently been acquired by Rina Consulting. This transition marks an important moment for the company as Rina has access to more capital and diverse projects than previous. The new company is also taking steps to improve culture and clean up some of the previous issues that occurred under leadership for the last few years. The company has retained much of its talent and the doers and support staff are great to work with. It will take some time, but under Rina leadership the outlook is positive.

Cons

- the company has experienced high turnover due to poor leadership prior to the acquisition. This has created undue stress to those remaining to continue to provide the same level of care and delivery as compared to previous. - benefits could be better, however most times the base compensation offsets what is lacking. - while the long term future looks optimistic, there are bound to be growing pains in the short term.
