PTO is non-existent as corporate expects for you to take PTO on their schedule. Deviating from schedule, regardless of salary, hourly, or simply lack of negotiated PTO for shutdown, results in being paid less than agreed upon.
Lack of raises or career progression.
High turnover rate, resulting in having to wear many hats for no compensation.
