Narcissistic individuals, not in the department, running the entire show. CEO didn't listen to other C-level executives. The "in-crowd" will be protected from immoral and illegal activities.

If you like overtime, the lack of skilled leadership provides for plenty of it. You can meet a lot of new people, very high turnover.

Cons

Poor leadership Top execs are way overpaid with huge bonuses and they don't pay workers enough to attract many with skills. Advancement based on the Buddy System. Poor working environment.

No positive attributes that I can think of!

Cons

This company will change your bonus structure without notice. Management will do whatever it takes to meet bonus metrics even turning off the air conditioning in the offices. Seems like the positive reviews are submitted falsely, no content or detail.
