Pros
Years ago: Employees, pay (okay) , benefits, yearly raises, company took care of the employees.
Cons
Training temps to work that didn't want to work. Sometimes upper management made bad decisions which really hurt business. Finding out that new employees/temps were making just as much as regular employees who had been there for years.
