Pros
The pay wasn't the greatest for this type of work but the overtime available was good money. At first the overtime was scheduled as part of our regular schedule for about the 13 or so months then it slowly declined to where we were not even getting our full 40 hours. The schedule would change sometimes several times in 1 single day. Last minute you might be asked to stay 2 hours over or you get to work and be sent home 1 hours later.
Cons
Cons were more than pros the heat during summer hours was almost unbearable the 10 hour shifts standing in one spot was straining and horrible on your health. But more than any of that the people who consisted of 90 percent female workers was the worst experience of all. Very disturbing behavior and treatment to any new hires. Very demeaning and vulgar display of character that came from the Trainor's and bosses themselves. Very toxic and stressful place of employment
