Pros

There is nothing positive to tell about this company as their product doesn't work .Never ever join this place or buy this product

Cons

Bad management ,no work ethics or no staff .It's just a non technical CEO and non technical CTO without proper vision or knowledge. They do not know what they are trying to sell or develop.

Patrocinium Response
9y
Patrocinium values the opinions of our employees and tries to ensure that everyone has what they need to succeed here. Unfortunately, some people aren't a good fit, for whatever reason, and that's always unfortunate. We wish this former employee the best in her future endeavors.

Pros

Patrocinium is a great place to be if you are hungry to learn new technologies. We solve really important and interesting problems and have a modern tech stack. Since starting here, I've gained so many useful skills and I've really enjoyed working to solve complex 4D data visualization challenges. Just the volume of work needed to be done here has allowed me to grow more in 6 months than I did in years at my previous companies. If you enjoy challenging yourself, want to gain marketable skills and desire to make a large impact, this is the place to be.

Cons

Working at a start up definitely isn't for everyone. People who can't keep up with the pace of work or don't like to be pushed outside of their comfort zone are not going to be successful here. As other reviewers have mentioned, every employee here is expected to wear multiple hats and solve challenges quickly. Some employees have been let go for their inability to deal with change at a young company. I think it speaks to their level of immaturity that they have attempted to trash the company on Glassdoor rather than having a constructive conversation with their coworkers or management.
