Pros

Amazing pay for the little you have to do. Commission is a large plus as well on top of the hourly wage. You'll save lots for needing no experience.

Cons

Everything else other than the pay is a con, customers are rude and often make inappropriate sexual remarks, management is atrocious, the company lowered the A.C. temp to 80 degrees during the summer (some days it would get even warmer) to "save money." Employees only get 10% off items, and often get written up because of "lack of 5 star google reviews" (at least 3 a day). This expectation was so unrealistic sales associates would pathetically ask customers to write a google review, even if they simply approached you just to be rung up. I would never work for this company again, it was a good 'messed up' opportunity for me to experience entering the world of sales and being a woman.

Pros

Work is easygoing at my location. Few customers who cause a commotion. Supervisors are supportive, but not always there for you as it seems like there is a lot on their plates. Opportunity for commission and bonuses.

Cons

I was scammed when I applied. They did not offer me an additional $2 for being bilingual. I applied for the jewelry sales position but that role basically doesn't exist. You are just a regular sales associate. The way the store is ran is disorganized and communication is not consistent. You will be standing all day. Commissions schedule is not clear. Barely any training while on the floor. You are thrown into the deep end immediately. Also the hours are really weird: You do 6, 7, 9, or 12 hour shifts - doesn't make sense. there is No break room. when i need a manager, i cant even leave the sales floor because there always has to be one sales associate on the floor
