Pros

Brad leads this company from outside the box and leads the industry to new places. With strong faith and family guiding him, he is a great person to work with who is full of exciting new ideas all the time. The company is blessed with many wonderful people, and every new employee a chance to grow and develop. Through challenging times of contraction and retail industry change, this company continues to reinvent itself and forges ahead with new innovative ideas that create opportunities for all.

Cons

Retail is unique with its hours of operation covering nights and weekends, and working with people every day. Although it attracts a large number of people, it's not always an ideal fit for some. If you enjoy people and working in a business that sees virtually every type of product made, and don't mind nights and weekends in the mix, you will like working here!

Pros

Work is easygoing at my location. Few customers who cause a commotion. Supervisors are supportive, but not always there for you as it seems like there is a lot on their plates. Opportunity for commission and bonuses.

Cons

I was scammed when I applied. They did not offer me an additional $2 for being bilingual. I applied for the jewelry sales position but that role basically doesn't exist. You are just a regular sales associate. The way the store is ran is disorganized and communication is not consistent. You will be standing all day. Commissions schedule is not clear. Barely any training while on the floor. You are thrown into the deep end immediately. Also the hours are really weird: You do 6, 7, 9, or 12 hour shifts - doesn't make sense. there is No break room. when i need a manager, i cant even leave the sales floor because there always has to be one sales associate on the floor
