Pros
Overall, this is a great company to work for. They offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. The relationships you build with your co-workers and leaders are amazing and can be so rewarding.
Cons
Unfortunately, there is not flexible schedules offered. They pride themselves in hiring college graduates, and this younger generation is looking for flexibility. When it comes to this, it is hard to compete with other companies who do offer flexibility in the work schedule. I understand the importance of being available when clients are working, but there are also quite a bit of non client facing roles that do not require this 8-5 firm schedule. Paycom has made it clear that this will not change, and it is disappointing to see it not even be considered.
