Sales training Personal development Leadership is great Pay is good

Cons

Sales job where you spend 70% of your time setting up clients. Because inside sales reps are also responsible for all setup and training of new clients it can limit desire or ability to bring in new customers.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
