Pros

This review is long overdue. As an employee of this company for almost 6 years, I have been blessed beyond measure. Hard work is rewarded, feedback is constant and growth is a given. Work here isn’t for the faint of heart- we are changing the future of our industry yearly, and with that grit is needed and it comes hard work. But boy, our company cares. I have been promoted twice, had a fully paid maternity leave when I welcomed my first child, and honestly, WFH has been a blessing. My company and my leaders care about me, and I care about my specialists.

Cons

There are long hours/days around the holiday- that is our Super Bowl! Grit and determination are needed in our department.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
