Pros

Good base pay and potential to make a lot if you’re in a good territory. ( Big on the of. Only .5% will see those outsized commission checks and it most likely won’t be you! Everything is priced in) Go to a Texas office or somewhere near a lot of big manufacturing companies and businesses. If you’re on the East Coast, go to New Jersey, Midtown or Brooklyn.

Cons

If you’re in a bad territory or burn through your territory…..you’re screwed and will only collect your base. Now, their business model of churning through reps works perfectly for their stock performance. Their financial fundamentals and market performance are immaculate. Avoid FIDI at all costs.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
