Pros

The health benefits, you work with great people

Cons

What they describe in the job description is not what the role entails. You're in training for months but still feel lost. They tell you'll the first year is the hardest. They said you wont be comfortable in the role until 12-18 months in the role, which I didn't like. With the workload, the entry pay should be more. A lot of people don't have work/life balance, they will take work home to prep for the next day.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
