Great work environment with stunning lower level leadership. Health Insurance is only a dollar a month Free drinks, on campus gym, catered lunches for only 4 dollars

Cons

Some deadlines are unreasonable, but still manageable. Stuck in a gray cubicle for work, although you may customize it how you want.

I have been treated with kindness and respect since starting at Paycom, I have been challenged and given what I needed to rise to those challenges and have been given multiple pay increases and promotions.

Cons

There are no cons to this employer. The benefits are exemplary.

My compensation is pretty decent!

Cons

The seemingly forever ongoing “restructures” and staff reductions makes it impossible for team members to buy in. Employees remain dispensable to the company, yet Chad just expects people (who are working to support their families, so remaining employed is a necessity for them) to give their life to Paycom. We’re not only losing really good people, but 90% of the workforce is just doing enough to not get fired.
