      Terrible Workplace - Benefits Coordinator Paycom Employee Review

      Pros

      The only benefit is $1 healthcare, however every other payroll company offers the same benefit.

      Cons

      Low pay, constant overtime, poor leadership. Management advertises the idea of career growth. However, high turnover prevents the ability for Coordinators to expand career in Paycom. The location on Reno and Council (Reno Hub) is a disguising building that has the smell of sewage throughout the offices.

      Pros

      - training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

      Cons

      - you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
