Pros

Good benefits (1$ insurance, $4 lunch meals, 401k math 3%, etc.) Good Pay ($25 - $30) Good OT availability (5-6 hours per week @ 1.5 times hourly pay) Stable job, growing company, good industry and good learning opportunity. Good bonus incentives (but they are complicated tbh)

Cons

Workload is a lot. some days are chill but mostly intense. Shared workload with team. Have to answer teammates calls/emails/etc in addition to yours. Upper management don't care for you much Training is mediocre at best Support is very minimal. you pretty much sink or swim Turnover rate is insaaaanneeee!! a lot of changes. keep changing your teams and workflows/processes. Honestly, this specific role is a stepping stone. nobody really stays for too long.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
