Pros

1. The on-site well-being and counseling services are exceptional! 2. The maintenance and custodial staff do an outstanding job keeping the facility in excellent condition. 3. Full-time employees enjoy an excellent insurance and benefits package.

Cons

1. The training experience felt inadequate, leaving new hires feeling like an "afterthought." 2. A recent management shift has made it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. 3. Team Leads seem to be promoted based on favoritism rather than merit, with management lacking essential soft skills such as communication and empathy. While we work in tech, it's important to remember that we're not robots. 4. The food options are great, but the smoothie machine needs to go—many of those drinks contain over 60g of sugar, which is excessive and particularly unhealthy for sedentary workers, who make up most of the company.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
