Pros

1. Good place to kick start a career in Application security and web pentesting. 2. Opportunities to grow, provided you have to show interest and skillset. 3. Different subteams to explore(Pentest, Proactivity Security, Secure Architecture, and R&D). 4. $4 lunch, payroll deductible. 5. Covered parking at OKC and Grapevine campus. 6. Online security courses fee, security conferences, security certification fees can be reimbursed. T&C apply. 7. Few Team Leads are really supportive, encouraging, and empathetic. 8. No delays in paycheck.

Cons

1. Work hours are strict, if someone is logged in for less than 8hrs then it gets highlighted. 2. Gym is only open between 11AM-2PM. 3. Lunch menu doesn't have good VEGETARIAN options. 4. OKC doesn't have enough parking space, there's a race to get a place. 5. Less social environment at Grapevine office. 6. No remote work option, no matter how much an employee insist or cry. 7. Recently team lunch & team activities have stopped. 8. Because it's a product based company so pentesting the same application over and over becomes boring.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
