Pros

Great benefits. In sales and some other departments you can make a lot of money very quickly. If you have a great leader and can avoid the microscope of the C-Suite you'll have a good time.

Cons

Toxic executive leadership with knee jerk reactions. If you get under the microscope of the CEO you should probably look for a new job. During my time there I saw massive "layoffs" with 4 departments because the (absent) CEO caught wind of a process that he didn't like or approve of. The company cares more about it's public image than it's people.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
