Pros

Overtime: Who needs a life outside work? At Paycom, You get the unparalleled thrill of consistently working long hours even on weekends. You can truly become one with your desk. Brand Image Perfection: Marvel at the spectacle of a dedicated social media team working overtime to polish the company’s image, ensuring you never have to face the reality of your daily grind. I am sure some of these positive reviews are made up by them.

Cons

Despite strong performance reviews and handling the workload of multiple colleagues, I was abruptly terminated for vague reasons. no (PiP) performance improvement plan was ever offered. Instead, management over promises a pay increase upon leveling up, without ever finalizing PAF, leaving employees burned out and frustrated. The work-life balance is non-existent: long shifts, weekend work, and an unrealistic workload are the norm. It feels like a systematic strategy to overwork employees until they break, only to be discarded en masse when it suits the company’s agenda. The HR practices are predatory; not only do they delay crucial unemployment claims, but they also seem to prioritize covering up these issues through a dedicated social media team. If you are looking for realistic reviews about working here, Look up Reddit and The Lost Ogle. If you value your professional growth, Personal well-being, and Career stability, please steer clear of Paycom. There are better employers who genuinely respect their employees rather than treating them as expendable assets.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
