Pros

SOME of the people are nice. Gym on-site is nice.

Cons

You get some training but when you are going in for specialized training for working of the software you get next to none. Things change so rapidly that you can't get a handle on what needs to be done. If you have opposing ideas they will single you out. Think of you as a problem. Too high expectations on what needs to be done. Example they have a bare minimum of defects and bugs to find. If you find the minimum they tell you that you are not doing enough. The PTO time changed rapidly. TL don't seem to care if you are struggling. They will tell you to do one thing then turn around and tell you that it is now incorrect. If you are. Not going to a part of their culture you are not welcomed.

Pros

- training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

Cons

- you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
