Pros

You will have a great "worst company culture" story to tell the rest of your life Only the sales teams are treated semi decently.

Cons

The operations teams are always overloaded with work and they just did a large layoff of Transition Specialists tripling their workload and not providing any transparency as to why. The CEO is tone deaf and out of touch with modern work and is just working to get churn and burn employees. The management team routinely has you work while out on PTO/Sick or the expectation is that you will work or be fired for performance if your clients suffer Good leaders are hard to come by. In a recent meeting with the CEO he stated he didn't care that leaders had any leadership skills/qualities only that they had "gas in the tank" and knew the product. Gives you a great idea of how company culture is. TSR's need to be paid a higher base and better bonuses especially now that they laid off so many of them There is ZERO flexibility here. If you are looking for any benefits like that, steer clear. Overall this company's culture is so toxic you do not want to work here. Everyone in operations wants to leave, but there is a culture of fear and retaliation at this company that scares people every day at work. Paycom will post a response to this asking for more info, but I already have this feedback internally when I left and they haven't done anything to get more information. Don't work here.

Pros

- Base salary - PTO - Awesome colleagues - $1 Medical PPO offering

Cons

- Upper leadership seem to not value the operations department as much as they do with sales. They are not consistent as well, which causes them to change the entire department's job description, expectations, & commission structure every few months. Change is good but huge change every 3-4 months is so exhausting. - They overload you with too many clients to handle while increasing the number of internal calls. When asking for support from sales or middle management, its typically a hard negotiation or non-existent. Expect to work way over 40 hours/week and juggle 10-20+ clients at a time. - Sales will oversell on product & implementation expectation which makes the job 1000% harder. Turnover with sales is extremely high so don't expect for even the best reps stay as they either leave, get fired because quota was not met, or the new manager will cut them if they're "not the vibe". You get left with the newbies who does not know how to sell or support you when you need them. - Every role in this company has high turnover in general. Making it very hard to cross collaborate with other departments as everyone is either extremely swamped or new to the role and cannot support as well, - Being forced to go to Oklahoma for training every year, sometimes twice a year.
