      Pros

      I have not worked for a company that not only consistently delivers innovative solutions for our clients but that truly cares about shaping the future of HR and companies across the world. If it excites you to be apart of a team that is working to leave a legacy then this is the place to be. The reasons to work here are the people, the mission and the pay off.

      Cons

      If you are not a fan of consistent change and the need to adapt then Paycom might not be a good fit. We will always strive for excellence which in technology means pivoting and growth for both you and those around you.

      Pros

      The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

      Cons

      The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.

      Pros

      - training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

      Cons

      - you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
