      Pros

      • Great people, everyone works hard and collaborates together to reach our goals. You can always find someone to lend a helping hand when you need it • Employee benefits - great health and insurance options, 401k, stock option plan, and PTO is very generous • Fair pay for work and regular review of pay structures to ensure we are competitive • Company is always looking to improve processes and tech

      Cons

      • Depending of the time of year and volume there can be limited work life balance • A lot of change which is also positive but at times can be a lot to keep up with so quickly • The company has grown very quickly which can come with challenges but also continued opportunities • A lot of additional meetings and trainings that can at times make it hard to get the work done during working hours

      Pros

      The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

      Cons

      The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.

      Pros

      - training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

      Cons

      - you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
