Pros

I can't say enough great things about Peak Performers. From day one, it's clear that they genuinely care about each employee on an individual level. The average pay is above the national average, and they offer full benefits on contract opportunities—a rarity in this industry. Whether you're just starting out or you're an executive, Peak has a range of opportunities to match your career goals. The internal staff is incredible to work with—professional, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile. I have deep appreciation and respect for everyone I collaborate with, and Bree, the CEO, is one of the most knowledgeable and well-rounded leaders I've had the pleasure to meet. If you're considering your next career move, I highly recommend Peak Performers. You’ll be thrilled you made the choice!Working with the internal staff is nothing less than amazing! I appreciate and respect all the staff members I work with and Bree, the CEO of Peak Performers is one of the best educated and well rounded leader I have met. Come to Peak Performers for your next opportunity! You will be very happy you did!

Pros

Peak Performers is the kind of place you can truly feel proud to work. The mission, connecting people with disabilities to meaningful employment, is the heartbeat of the office, and we leverage each other’s unique talents to make it happen. Since joining, I’ve grown tremendously both professionally and personally because I’m consistently encouraged to learn, teach, and explore. Transparency is huge here. Leadership doesn't shy away from difficult conversations or tough decisions. Because they hold themselves to a high standard of accountability, they expect the same from you. You should be prepared to "defend" your decisions and actions, not in a way that makes you feel defensive, but because we are a fast-moving nonprofit with a limited budget. My research has real, immediate consequences, so being able to back-up my work is essential to our success.

Cons

As with many mission-driven nonprofits, budget constraints can impact annual raises. It would be helpful to have more transparency during the onboarding process regarding the timeline for performance evaluations and salary growth, as I didn't get a clear picture of this until I was already in the role (I also didn't ask). Pay is at a fair market value for myself and from what I can gather of others too.

Pros

Every Peak Performer employee has been amazing to work with, special mention is for Kevin Neal who is the account manager for my current contract. The best thing about Kevin is that he just doesnt communicate over emails, but picks up the phone to update on the status and also keeps checking in with me on how I am doing with my current assignment. I really appreciate that human touch.

Cons

None I can think of.
