We are sorry to hear that you felt this way about not being selected to move forward in our hiring process. Our hiring process is designed to be accessible and inclusive, as well as to make every individual feel heard, acknowledged, and valued. However, representing yourself as a former employee when you have never worked for us is not accurate. Nor are these allegations, which are unfounded and false. Peak Performers exists for the sole purpose of fostering inclusive workplaces. We work every day to connect individuals with career-building opportunities where they are valued for who they are—regardless of their disability as well as race, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, veteran status, or national origin. This is reflected in the demographics of our staff as well as our workforce as a whole. If you have met prejudice in your career prior to applying for a role with us, we sympathize with you and regard this as further proof that organizations like Peak Performers need to exist. However, we are not the enemy. We remain available to speak with you directly regarding your application for employment. You are welcome to return our call when you are ready.

We're sorry to hear that your experience working with our leadership team was not a positive one. However, we appreciate you supporting our mission of helping skilled professionals with disabilities advance their career and helping clients find great talent. Change can be challenging as people move onto different roles within and outside of Peak Performers and even as duties get re-assigned. During time of change we support our staff and carefully balance structure with transparency. We seek to have an organization where our leadership engages with staff at all levels to hear feedback and deliver support, both during times of change and times of continuity. If you’d like to discuss your unique employment experience or provide additional feedback we’d encourage you to reach out to our Chief Operations Officer, Mallory Govert.

Pros

Helping people with disabilities find quality work.

Cons

Give gift cards for people to write reviews. Don’t take out state tax for employees outside of Texas. Leadership emotional and makes decisions based off of the rumor mill.
