Peaksware has by far been the best opportunity I have had in my 15 year career. I have been invested in and provided growth like I never expected. The CEO genuinely cares about people and their wellbeing and invests a great deal into the organization to support the employees. In the year of COVID while so many people were unfortunately losing their jobs, Peaksware provided bonuses and comp increases. Additionally, the organization is investing in a new state-of-the-art office facility equipped with a cafe, fitness center, outdoor patio, etc and employing a hybrid activity based work setup to allow for a mix of in-person collaboration, as well as the flexibility to work from home. I cannot say enough great things about this organization and its people!
