Pros
Overall the company and many of the leaders are great people. Lots of fun lunch and learns, quarterly events, and slack channels for all interests. Office is a beautiful space and depending on what department you are in, it’s a great place to be.
Cons
The accounting leadership has created a toxic and drama filled environment. Nepotism and favoritism show, and excuses are made for inappropriate behaviors from managers. You don’t value your team nor listen about concerns of toxic leadership behavior. Promotions are rare and bonuses are “earned not guaranteed and are a privilege”. It’s ridiculous that 2 high performers have left within the same month due to the work environment.
