Free comprehensive health benefits to full time employees

Cons

The health benefits are extremely limited. Horrible dental offering Pay is incredibly low - below market Raises are a joke. Cents on the dollar for the majority of employees - even exceptional employees get 2-3% annually Senior management is weak Lower management is even weaker HR won’t fight for you. They would rather replace you - for someone cheaper
