It is a beautiful place to work. It is right on the coast tucked into a forest. One of the employee benefits is that you can play golf for free.

Cons

The executive management has the opinion that you are lucky to work here and doesn't really care about morale.

Pros

High standards, free lunch, and great assistant manager. Free health insurance and golf privileges if you are full time, but none if you are part time or on call.

Cons

Inconsistent schedule week to week, very little work from December to February, low hourly pay (5 to 1 compared to what they charge clients for our labor), they cut our hours short if we get done early, few opportunities for training and promotions.
