-Friendly staff -Gorgeous Scenery -Great Benefits -Constant Effort to Boost Moral -I got to work with very talented individuals from very diverse backgrounds

Cons

The constant adherence to synergistic buzz-activities and hive mind mentality left me feeling like the relationships I garnered were very sterile. It became quickly evident that the hospitality industry management style reminded me of negligent parenting to the adage 'children should be seen and not heard.'
