The bottom line is that it all depends on which department/property you end up working. It's a HUGE company. Working here is management is a whole different ball of wax. Some places are outstanding while others are terrible. I worked at the Spa when it was still pretty young. Lot's of kinks. Some terrible managers and some awesome ones. Low pay at the time but the benefits kind of balance this out. I had an absolutely awful experience with human resources who seemed to be there solely for the benefit of the management and not the lower employees.
